• Collectibles, antiques, and estate items

All transactions are conducted in person at one of our New Jersey locations. We do not buy or sell items remotely, by mail, or online. Prices offered for items are based on current precious metals market rates, item condition, and our professional evaluation at the time of the transaction.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices quoted for your items are determined at the time of your in-store visit, based on current spot prices for precious metals and our assessment of item quality, condition, and market demand. Quoted prices are subject to change and are not binding until a transaction is completed in person.

Payment for items we purchase is made in cash, same day. We do not offer deferred payment, checks, or wire transfers.

All completed sales are final. Once a transaction is closed and payment is issued, it cannot be reversed or refunded.

We encourage customers to consider their decision carefully before completing a sale.

Cash 4 Gold Trading Post offers free, no-obligation appraisals at all of our locations. You are under no obligation to sell your items after receiving an appraisal.

Appraisal values provided by our staff represent our good-faith estimate of what we would pay for an item based on current market conditions and are estimates only. They are not formal certified appraisals and should not be relied upon for insurance, estate, tax, or legal purposes.

We make no guarantees regarding appraisal values, and market conditions can affect pricing between visits.

5. Identification Requirements

In compliance with New Jersey law, a valid government-issued photo ID is required for all precious metal and secondhand goods transactions. Acceptable forms of identification include a driver's license, state-issued ID card, passport, or military ID.

We are required by law to record transaction information, including seller identification details, item descriptions, and transaction amounts. This information is maintained as required by applicable New Jersey statutes and may be subject to review by law enforcement. By conducting a transaction with us, you consent to the collection and retention of this information as required by law.
