Pawn or sell your electronics: which one do you want?
A pawn shop can do two different things with a phone or laptop. It can lend you money against it, holding the device until you repay the loan with interest, or it can buy it from you. If you want the device back later, a pawn loan from a licensed pawnbroker is the tool built for that, and we respect that choice.
If you do not need it back, a sale is simpler, and a sale is all we do. You hear one outright offer. Accept it and the cash is yours, with no due date, no interest and nothing to redeem. Phones and laptops are bought working or broken: a cracked screen, a dead battery or a unit that will not power on still carries parts value, and condition changes the offer, not the welcome. Newer models in clean working condition bring the strongest offers.
What to do before you sell a phone, laptop or tablet
- Back up your files and photos to the cloud or an external drive.
- Turn off the activation lock. Sign out of iCloud and turn off Find My on Apple devices, or remove your Google account on Android, so the device can be reset. An iCloud or Google lock must be removed before sale, and we can help you do it in store.
- Bring the charger and any controllers or cables that came with it.
- Bring a valid photo ID.

How selling electronics works at our counters
Walk in with the device, no appointment needed. We check it in front of you: the model and specs, whether it powers on and works, the screen and body, and the lock status. You hear one cash offer with the reasoning stated. Most visits take under 15 minutes. Accept and you leave with cash. Decline and you leave with your device, and nothing is owed either way.
Bringing more than one thing is fine. A phone, a laptop and an old gold chain can all be priced in the same visit, with one payment at the end.

Do you give loans on electronics like a pawn shop?
No. We never lend. We buy electronics outright for cash, so there is no loan, no interest and no ticket to redeem. If you need the device back later, a licensed pawnbroker is the right place for a loan.
Can I sell a phone that is still locked to my iCloud or Google account?
The activation lock has to come off before the sale, because a locked device cannot be reset or used. Bring it with your login details and we will help you sign out and reset it at the counter.
